Championing Professional Growth: Chaucer Hosts CII Speed Mentoring Session

On 20 November, Chaucer welcomed members of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) to our London office for the CII President’s Speed Mentoring: Personal Insights for Success event.

Led by Nicola Stacey, Chaucer’s Chief Underwriting Officer and President of the CII, the event brought together rising professionals and senior leaders from across the insurance and financial planning sectors for an afternoon of focused, high-impact conversations.

Through a series of rotational small-group sessions, delegates explored key topics including leadership, communication, presentation skills, and career development. The format encouraged open dialogue and practical advice, helping participants gain insights they can apply immediately to accelerate their careers.
