Chaucer Colleagues Recognised in INvolve's Empower 2026 Role Model Lists

We're proud to celebrate the achievements of two Chaucer colleagues who have been recognised in Empower's 2026 Role Model Lists, a prestigious programme that shines a light on individuals driving positive change and creating more inclusive workplaces.

Karen Reid Named in Empower's Top 20 Advocates

Our Group Chief People Officer, Karen Reid, has been recognised as one of the Top 20 Advocates in Empower's Role Model List 2026.

Karen has been a passionate champion for inclusion throughout her career, helping to drive meaningful progress in representation, transparency and opportunity across Chaucer. Through her leadership, Chaucer has strengthened its commitment to supporting ethnic minority colleagues, promoting inclusive hiring practices, and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.

Her recognition reflects both her personal commitment to advocacy and the positive impact she continues to have across our business and the wider insurance market.

Isaac Adeyeri Named a Top 100 Future Leader

We're also delighted to celebrate Isaac Adeyeri, Data Quality Team Lead and Co-Chair of Chaucer's African, Black and Caribbean ERG, who has been named one of Empower's Top 100 Future Leaders for 2026.

Isaac has played a key role in advancing inclusion and belonging at Chaucer. Through his leadership of the African, Black and Caribbean Network, he has helped create opportunities for colleagues to connect, share experiences and support one another. His commitment to mentoring, advocacy and fostering open dialogue has helped strengthen a culture where diverse perspectives are valued and heard.

This recognition highlights Isaac's significant contribution to creating a more inclusive workplace and his potential as a future leader both within Chaucer and the wider industry.

Please join us in congratulating Karen and Isaac on these well-deserved achievements.
