Chaucer is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Gracechurch London Market Claims Service Quality Marque (SQM) for 2026, marking an exceptional tenth consecutive year of receiving this prestigious recognition. Since first earning the award in 2017, Chaucer has consistently demonstrated market‑leading claims performance, establishing a decade‑long track record of outstanding service to London Market brokers and clients.
The SQM is awarded exclusively to insurer claims teams that deliver consistently excellent service, as rated by London Market claims brokers. In 2025, more than 30 London Market insurers were assessed, using over 4,200 individual service ratings. Chaucer’s performance placed us firmly among the very top performers in the market.
