Noufal Manzil

Noufal is a Class Underwriter, responsible for building Chaucer’s property portfolio across the MENA region. Noufal is a highly experienced underwriter with over 21 years of market experience. He joined Chaucer in 2019 from Talbot, where he was a board member as well as being responsible for the management and development of their property account. Prior to this, he was with QBE in Dubai and Hannover Re in Bahrian.
