We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where all our people are valued and fairly rewarded. Publishing our gender and ethnicity pay gap reports is part of our effort to increase transparency, identify disparities, and take meaningful action to close gaps and drive equity across our business.
Chaucer Scholarship Programme
As part of our commitment to equity and greater industry access, the Chaucer Scholarship supports one student each year through university by covering tuition fees and living costs through the duration of their course. The programme is designed to remove financial barriers to higher education and open pathways into the (re)insurance industry. Alongside funding, we offer mentoring and networking opportunities, helping to develop the next generation of diverse industry leaders.
